1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the complete agreement between the Player and jowa9 regarding the use of the jowa9 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at https://jowa9.onl ("the Platform"). Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances. • Unless a bonus's specific terms state otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn.
• Bonus offers are not transferable and have no cash equivalent unless specifically stated.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts created to claim the same welcome offer will all be suspended.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on jowa9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game type selected. General betting rules are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. jowa9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted.
• jowa9 reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest errors, including but not limited to incorrect odds published due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's account balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. jowa9 may impose individual bet limits on specific accounts at its discretion.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or settled early at jowa9's discretion, particularly in cases of match abandonment, player injury, or unexpected interruptions to play.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jowa9. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account in your name.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jowa9 Platform — including but not limited to the jowa9 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jowa9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. In no event shall jowa9's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

jowa9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be charged an administrative fee of ৳200 per month after 12 months of inactivity, deducted from the remaining balance.
• Instruction from a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• The Player voluntarily requests account closure.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of applicable charges and voided bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to verification. Winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be permanently forfeited.

13. Governing Law
